Your device encrypts everything, our access point hands the traffic to the exit of the country you chose, and websites only see that exit.

Frequently asked questions

Which app do I need?

A free VPN app, available on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. Your dashboard walks you through the setup.

Do I have to choose a server?

No. Your plan gives you three profiles, one per country. Activate the profile of the country you want to exit from.

How many devices can I use?

Three at the same time. Each profile connects one device, and you have three profiles.

What is a fixed residential IP?

A residential IP address in one country, reserved for your account, that stays the same from one connection to the next. It takes the place of the plan's IP for that country: you still have three profiles, and the profile of that country uses your fixed IP.

How long does a fixed IP take to be ready?

If one is available in the country, it is active as soon as your payment is confirmed. Otherwise we obtain one for you: your dashboard shows "provisioning in progress", and the country keeps working on the plan's IP in the meantime.

Do IPv6 and ping work?

Exits are IPv4 and carry TCP and UDP. IPv6 traffic is blocked inside the tunnel rather than leaving unprotected, and ping to the Internet does not answer.

What happens if an exit goes down?

The connection stops. It never silently switches to another IP address.

Where is my private key?

On your device only. It is generated in your browser when the profile is created and is never sent to us. If you lose a profile, revoke it and create a new one.

How do I pay?

You order from your dashboard. Your subscription starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
